Complaint from Terence Tan Austin, TXalmost 11 years agoI have a hard time believing that's even possible on the first thing in the morning. Corey claimed that he'll find another vehicle as soon as possible. After three days, Corey has not called back. We were stranded for that long without a vehicle, despite making reservation two weeks in advance. Don't rent from this location. Even with advanced reservation, you won't get a car! -
Complaint from Terence Tan Austin, TXalmost 11 years agoCorey is a liar! We made reservation 2 weeks in advance. I called Enterprise a week later to confirm availability of vehicle on that day. Corey assured me of that and promised to courtesy call the day before. He did not call. On the day itself, Corey called 30 minutes before the appointed time to say that all the cars were damaged, the only vehicle left is a truck.
